Dog parking at the Jean-Talon market … apparently, due to sanitary concerns, animals are no longer allowed in an open air market situated on a great big expanse of concrete flanked by three of the cities busiest boulevards.

Then again, who wants to be tripping all over rat-dogs while shopping for produce?

While on the question, when they installed these, they must of assumed people would use them (do they?), did they question what happens when you have half a dozen or more dogs tied to three posts?
